    Make a picnic holder from two coffee cans and four soup cans. Spray paint them in fun colors and hot glue them together. Place paper plates and napkins in the large cans and flatware in the small ones. The wind won't blow them away.
    29. Make a decorative umbrella holder from four coffee cans. Open both ends, hot glue them together end-to-end, and cover them with adhesive-backed paper. Leave the end on the bottom can for a base.

    I hope this long list will help. I use a lot of tins for my mixed media art, for crafts,kitchen stuff and I use to work at a children's school many years ago. Good luck. Stephanie (solarts at Swap-bot)

    1.Fill the tin up with herbal or any sorts of teas.
    2. Received postcards and letters from pen pals, friends, swap-bot friends. Or postcards and swap items to be sent. Label the tin can the name of your swap or etc.
    3. yarn, ribbons, scraps of tissue paper, decorative paper for art collages.
    4. rubber stamps and ink pads.
    5. used or unused postage stamps.
    6. clear glass broken pieces,or colored glass pieces for making glass art tiles.

    20. A hanging chime to hang outside of ones home. Poke a hole into the bottom of the can thread wire through the hole. Add bells of different sizes, colors through the wire. Tie a knot at the bottom and top of the wire. Add a loop at the top of the can and then pull the wire through the hole of the can. Then twist the wire and then add the bells. Whichever way is the easiest. Attach a small or medium sized hook to hang.

    Label or add a sticker of kawaii on the tin can.
    45. Lists of fun things that children like to do on small pieces of paper of the fun event and their name. Add as many in the tin. Children can learn how to take turns who gets to pick "Their fun event." Adult shakes the tin with the lid closed then opens the tin and someone else who did not add something in the tin hand picks one piece of paper from the tin without looking.
    46. Lists of different games that groups of kids like to do. See instructions in number #45.
    47. Broken computer parts: chips,key board letters, wires, etc.
    48. Junk Food tin for the movies: bag of popcorn,chocolate, chips, movie ticket stubs, movie free cards,etc. Label the person's name on the tin and decorate it with favorite ticket stubs or college the whole tin with movie free cards of their favorite film or films.
    49. For kids or adults on studying for a school test or exam. Add on different pieces of paper the question from a test and answer on the back.
    Each person takes a turn picking one piece of paper from the tin. That person asks the other person the question from that piece of paper and tries to answer it.
    50. Origami ornaments or other small ornaments to store for the next season. Label or decorate the tin with college of that season.
    51. Healthy organic snack pack tin for those who have to rush out the door. Label or decorate that tin with healthy snack pictures onto the tin.
